Bowie House is ten minutes from DFW and twenty from Fort Worth Meacham. A held room block covers check-in the night before the program through the morning after the closing reception. Use the FAQ below for specifics; anything else, reach the event team.

guests
Yes. Each partner registration includes one guest pass at no additional charge. Add your guest on the Register page.
activities
Activity sign-ups live on the Register page. Capacity is limited on the smaller outings, so first-come is the rule.
transportation
Shuttles run between DFW and Bowie House on arrival and departure days. Activity-day shuttles are listed in each activity description.
airport
DFW is the closest major airport, about ten minutes from Bowie House. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is roughly 45 minutes away depending on traffic.
language
Yes. The site and the printed program are both in English and Spanish. Live interpretation is provided during plenary sessions.
dress
Western business casual during the day. The opening reception and closing dinner lean Western — think clean denim, boots, a sport coat if you want one.
meals
All breakfasts, lunches, and the two evening receptions are included. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergen options are available at every meal.
registration
Registration closes January 31, 2027. The room block deadline is earlier — see the Travel page for the cutoff.
arrival-departure
Arrive by the evening before Day 1 to make the opening reception. The program ends after lunch on Day 3; departures that afternoon or the following morning both work.
